<div><b>ECOair™ Controller with</b> <b>BACnet Control/Alarm/Monitoring</b></div>
<div>The BACnet operating system was developed under the auspices of ASHRAE as an internationally recognized, open source protocol for building automation. Now used in more than 30 countries worldwide, BACnet offers a universal management solution for optimal energy savings and environmental safety.</div>
<ul>
<li>While the Purair ECO operates flawlessly in a stand-alone mode with the standard controller, BACnet permits single or multiple cabinets to seamlessly tie-in to a reciprocal building automation protocol for supervisory control and monitoring.</li>
<li>ECOair™ with BACnet allows the building network to monitor individual cabinet on/off status and route alarms to pre-designated addresses to warn of unsafe or dangerous conditions.</li>
<li>Although other competitive systems include supervisory and monitoring functions operating on costly proprietary software platforms, the open-source BACnet solution fully integrates with more than 400 other manufactures to complete a holistic communications network without expensive proprietary programming.</li>

<div><b>ECOair™ Controller Features</b></div>
<div>The ECOair™ Controller maintains local supervision of all cabinet functions. The Main Menu screen provides all information, set-up and communications protocols. These include fan and lighting on/off functions, access to the on-board Filter Information Library, gas detector selection, set-up, alarms, user security access and networking configurations.</div>
<ul>
<li>The controller simultaneously controls and monitors all sensors, systems, alarms and switches including face velocity and gas detection levels.</li>
<li>A color touch screen display is used for security access, set point and cabinet status.</li>
<li>The Home screen is white during normal operating conditions.</li>
<li>If pre-set warning parameters are surpassed for face velocity or gas levels the background will flash yellow to permit users ample time to mitigate the condition and return the system to normal.</li>
<li>If no action is taken and conditions deviate beyond alarm set points the screen background will flash red and an audible alarm will sound.</li>
<li>Concurrently, any emergency protocol programmed into the building alarm system will be activated.</li>
<li>Additionally, a Press for Emergency button can be manually activated to set the unit into alarm mode and initiate the emergency protocol networked into the building alarm system.</li>
<li>Filter maintenance and email notifications for filter re-order, service and waste removal providers can be programmed to initiate automatically through the networking feature.</li>

<div>The Purair ECO ductless fume hood provides four methods for filtration monitoring and gas detection.</div>

<li>The PID analyzer contains an internal wide spectrum reference.</li>
<li>A metal oxide array accommodates for hydrocarbons and VOCs.</li>
<li>An acid array detects acid vapors.</li>
<li>A colorimetric gas sampling port permits manual testing for a wide variety of substances. The front mounted sampling port is positioned for easy access.</li>
<li>The Purair® ECO Series ductless fume hood maintains a constant face velocity of 100 FPM in compliance with USA and international standards for safety and performance. Contaminated air is pulled though the Multiplex filtration system where activated carbon adsorbs chemical vapors; clean air is returned to the room.</li>
<li>The main filter is easy to replace; no tools required. The filter glides in on a wheel and track system, them clamps tightly against the filter gasket to prevent filter tears and to maintain filter integrity.</li>

<p>This unique instrument presents multiple advantages for the routine histology laboratory.  It removes the complicated and time-consuming task of melting paraffin using bunsen burners, incubators or pots and helps save space in the laboratory.  With its special filter cartridge retaining all residue, even old blocks can be melted down.  Adding the same quantity of fresh paraffin, the filtered paraffin obtained can be used again without any significant loss of quality.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The TPC 15 Duo/Trio is a closed linear tissue processing system with 15 stations for rapid dual (TPC 15 Duo) or triple (TPC 15 Trio) sample processing.  Parallel processing of up to three different programs or fast biopsies in less than one hour makes the system indispensable to all lab professionals who need immediate results.</p>
<p>A high-production, multi-protocol tissue processor, the TPC 15 is capable of processing two (Duo) or three (Trio) different runs simultaneously and independently.  By moving the specimens instead of the reagents, this powerful instrument provides unsurpassed reliability and true multi-processing with a maximum capacity of 440 (Duo) or 660 (Trio) specimen cassettes.</p>
<p>To protect the user and environment, the processor is closed by a clear hood and every station is covered by a stainless steel lid.  The TPC 15 includes an extraction system for solvent fumes with connection to an external exhaust facility and is equipped with a large activated charcoal filter (usage is computer monitored).</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>These incubators meet APHA specifications for Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and are ideal for testing BOD of sewage and wastewater, as well as other low and room temperature applications such as plant cell growth, fermentation studies, bacterial culturing and mycology studies.</p>

<p>Units are equipped with a hermetically-sealed compressor, a circuit breaker to protect from electrical overload and an easy-to-clean, fully insulated chamber that is corrosion resistant.  Gentle, continuous forced-air circulation ensures temperature uniformity and reproducible test conditions.  A one amp interior outlet allows use of shakers, stirrers, roller bottles or other apparatus in a controlled environment.  Units have a steel exterior with welded seams and corners and a double-coated, baked enamel finish.  Incubators are supplied with adjustable leveling feet and condensation drip tray.</p>
