	The ECOair™ Controller permits easy, intuitive management over the local cabinet. A sequence of color coded displays provides operating status at-a-glance. All setpoints, alarm parameters and other cabinet functions are established through the touchpad Options include the Filter Saturation Alarm, Monitair® Controller or ECOair™ control packages. See Accessories. The Main menu screen provides all information, set-up and communications protocols. These include fan and lighting ON/OFF functions, access to the on-board filter information library, gas detector selection, set-up, alarms, user security access and networking configurations.
	Home screen displays real time face velocity (in FPM or m/s) and gas detection levels at the primary filters.		Home Screen flashes YELLOW background as either face velocity and/or gas detection levels approach within 10% of their respective alarm setpoints.		Home screen flashes RED background and audio alarm starts as either face velocity or gas detection levels hit or surpass their respective alarm setpoints.

• While the Purair ECO operates flawlessly in a stand-alone mode with the standard controller, BACnet permits single or multiple cabinets to seamlessly tie-in to a reciprocal building automation protocol for supervisory control and monitoring.
• ECOair™ with BACnet allows the building network to monitor individual cabinet on/off status and route alarms to pre-designated addresses to warn of unsafe or dangerous conditions.

• The controller simultaneously controls and monitors all sensors, systems, alarms and switches including face velocity and gas detection levels.

Electronic Gas Detection System

• The PID analyzer contains an internal wide spectrum reference.

This unique instrument presents multiple advantages for the routine histology laboratory.  It removes the complicated and time-consuming task of melting paraffin using bunsen burners, incubators or pots and helps save space in the laboratory.  With its special filter cartridge retaining all residue, even old blocks can be melted down.  Adding the same quantity of fresh paraffin, the filtered paraffin obtained can be used again without any significant loss of quality.

The large work space below the safety spigot enables easy paraffin dispensing.  The PLC 18 is made of stainless steel and aluminum which is resistant to most solvents.  The large 15 litre paraffin tank ensures there is always a sufficient amount of melted paraffin ready for use.

A high-production, multi-protocol tissue processor, the TPC 15 is capable of processing two (Duo) or three (Trio) different runs simultaneously and independently.  By moving the specimens instead of the reagents, this powerful instrument provides unsurpassed reliability and true multi-processing with a maximum capacity of 440 (Duo) or 660 (Trio) specimen cassettes.

To protect the user and environment, the processor is closed by a clear hood and every station is covered by a stainless steel lid.  The TPC 15 includes an extraction system for solvent fumes with connection to an external exhaust facility and is equipped with a large activated charcoal filter (usage is computer monitored).

Innovative slide processing technology returns the slides inside the original staining basket and in the correct order, making identification of specially stained batches easier than ever.

Units are equipped with a hermetically-sealed compressor, a circuit breaker to protect from electrical overload and an easy-to-clean, fully insulated chamber that is corrosion resistant.  Gentle, continuous forced-air circulation ensures temperature uniformity and reproducible test conditions.  A one amp interior outlet allows use of shakers, stirrers, roller bottles or other apparatus in a controlled environment.  Units have a steel exterior with welded seams and corners and a double-coated, baked enamel finish.  Incubators are supplied with adjustable leveling feet and condensation drip tray.
